Our goal is to email winner and non-winner notifications in a timely manner, and all notifications will be sent on the same day. Do not contact the Foundation office regarding notifications.
Modifications/Substitutions
Modifications/Substitutions
- Adjustments to abstract authors, titles, credentials, and scientific content will not be accepted after submission.
- For accepted posters, substitutions to the designated presenter are allowable upon request and must be approved; award letters detail the requirements for approval including processing, timelines, registration, and associated fees.
- Direct inquires related to presenter substitutions to foundation@aana.com, requesting the Poster Presenter Change Form.

- You are required to read all instructions above before you begin your application. We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for best results when completing your application. You may experience technical difficulties if you use other browsers. Tech support has limited hours (9 am – 4 pm CT) and is not available on the weekends so we recommend completing your application well before the deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
