  • Resident Roundtable: Hosted by the Resident Wellness Committee Representatives and a staff member of the Indiana Professionals Recovery Program, the Resident Roundtable is an open and judgment-free online peer-to-peer support sessions related to anything about the Resident experience.
  • Mentorship: Leverage the AANA Resident Mentoring Program  at Mid-Year Assembly to connect with seasoned CRNAs/nurse anesthesiologists for career advice and support.
  • Networking Events: Attend events like the Mid-Year Assembly in April or Annual Congress in August to meet professionals who can guide your path forward.
  • Read the AANA Journal and the International Student Journal of Nurse Anesthesia (ISJNA)
  • Many programs offer the Block Buddy Pro app as a resource for their students. Ask your program administrator if you have access.

Build Your Network & Find a Job
  • Engage with Peers: Build lifelong professional relationships within a network of over 65,000 members. Strengthen your connections at events like the Annual Congress in August, and be sure to check for resident discounts when registering.
