The Wellness Ambassador Network (WAN) is composed of CRNA/nurse anesthesiologist and Resident volunteers who have successfully completed or renewed the Wellness Ambassador Micro-credential. This Micro-credential equips members with specialized training and education on a wide range of holistic well-being topics and available wellness resources tailored to CRNAs, nurse anesthesiologists, and Residents.
WAN members serve as wellness advocates, using their tools and skills to increase awareness of available resources among their peers. Their primary role is to provide education, resource distribution, and outreach at the state and local levels, fostering a culture that prioritizes holistic well-being within the profession.
WANs are supported by the AANA Wellness Committee (WC).

The FREE Resident Wellness Ambassador Micro-credential is a self-paced, online program that equips residents with essential skills to promote provider well-being in healthcare settings and be knowledgeable of the vast amount of wellness resources available to them.
