Why can't I log in to AANA?

Below are instructions to test if your browser is preventing you from logging in to AANA.com and how to reset your browser

What should I do if I forgot my username or password?

Locate your username or reset your password below

By default, your username is your AANA member number unless you have changed it. Oftentimes, members will also use their email address as their username.

How do I update my username or password?

You can update these credentials in your membership dashboard

  1. Log in to your member dashboard
  2. Fill out the Account Information section with your desired changes
  3. Click Submit

Note: If you are a recent graduate from nurse anesthesia school and you no longer have access to your school email, please contact us to update your email address.

Why can't I view my members-only content?

Your membership might not be current or your browser thinks you’re not a member

Confirm your membership is current:

  1. Log in to your membership dashboard
  2. Click My AANA Membership Information
  3. Ensure your Dues paid through date is not in the past
  4. if your membership has expired, click manage your dues renewal

Just renewed? Log out and log back in:

If you just renewed but can’t see members-only content, it’s possible your browser’s cookies still think you’re not a member, so try logging out of your account and logging back in again. If you still need assistance, contact us.
