Each year during the Mid-Year Assembly (MYA) in May, residents have the opportunity to shadow a nurse anesthesiologist for a day—gaining firsthand knowledge of leadership, advocacy, and the value of active participation in their professional association. Program administrators may nominate one resident per program to participate.
