The AANA Foundation Reviewer Corps makes AANA Foundation programs possible. Reviewers are CRNA members of the AANA or those with research doctoral degrees (PhD) with expertise relevant to nurse anesthesia research who volunteer their time to review applications for grants, scholarships, and conference poster presentations based on Foundation criteria. Being a reviewer for the Foundation is a great way to support the future of the profession, learn about different approaches to research and evidence-based practice in nurse anesthesia, and illustrate your commitment to service. Time commitment varies depending on the program under review. In general, reviewers volunteer between 1 to 10 hours per cycle per program; no travel is required. If you are interested in becoming a reviewer, please complete the form below and you will be contacted by Foundation staff with more information and next steps.
