To make your housing reservations, you must be registered for the meeting. The link to make your housing reservations at the Louisville Marriott Downtown (located next to the conference venue) will be included in your confirmation email after you register. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email. If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to help@aana.com.

Rates for the Louisville Marriott Downtown start at $215/night (single/double occupancy). A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax may be taken at the time of booking. Registration for EDGE 2026 is required to receive the group rate.

The deadline to receive the discounted hotel rate is Friday, Jan. 9, 2026, or until the block is full, whichever comes first. After this date, please contact the hotel directly for availability. If there is still availability at the hotel, you can make reservations at the standard hotel rates.

Travel Information

EDGE attendees can fly into the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF). 

• Taxi fares from Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport are approximately $20-$30 one way. Taxis are available for pick up at the commercial curb outside baggage claim. 
• Uber and Lyft are also available, as well as train and bus services.
