To make your housing reservations, you must be registered for the meeting. The link for housing will be included in your confirmation email after registering. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email. If you do not receive your confirmation, reach out to help@aana.com. 

AANA has secured a discounted block of rooms for MYA attendees and their guests at the JW Marriott starting at $345/night. The deadline to receive the discounted hotel rate is Monday, March 16, 2026, or until the block is full, whichever comes first. After this date, please contact the hotel directly for availability. If there is availability, you can make reservations at the standard hotel rates.

Travel Information

Mid-Year Assembly attendees can fly into either the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport or Washington Dulles International Airport.  

• Taxi fares from Reagan National Airport are approximately $20-$30 one way. 
• Taxi fares from Washington Dulles International Airport are approximately $70-$100 one way.  
• Uber and Lyft are available from both airports, as well as train and bus services.
