Registration Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to attend this event, or any separate ticketed event, please notify the Member Services Team at help@aana.com.  

  • Until Sept. 20 – 20% of registration/ticketed fee; remainder will be refunded  
  • Sept. 21 – Oct. 5 – 50% of registration/ticketed fee; remainder will be refunded  
  • Beginning Oct. 6 – NO REFUND   

Military Discount

A military discount is available to Active Duty and Reserves via a campaign code that is obtained from the registration page. Above the Conference Registration section, click the link ‘to receive a campaign code’, complete the required questionnaire to receive your code.
