SRNAs are subject to unique experiences of stress as they rapidly move from veteran nurse to novice learner. Although the presence of stress in the SRNA is relatively well-documented, there is not much written in terms of interventional studies. Mitigating factors of stress could include exercise, meditation, yoga, playing an instrument, painting, writing, etc.

It is incredibly difficult to have the time management to allow for wellness activities, but it is important to schedule even just a little time for yourself.
