Wellness Activities at AANA Meetings

Health and Wellness at Assembly of School Faculty 2015 
  • ​Informal walk/runs: Thursday, February 26 and Saturday, February 28 at 6:00 a.m.  Meet in New Orleans Marriott lobby at 5:50 a.m. to join a group of walkers or runners. 
  • Drop-in Yoga: Friday, February 27, 6 a.m. - free, drop-in easy flow beginner/restorative class with Swan River Yoga instructor. Mats provided. Gather at 5:50 a.m. (room location to follow)
The New Orleans Marriott fitness offerings include: "a refreshing swim in our seasonal saltwater pool, or challenge yourself to a workout in our modern onsite fitness center."
