Wellness Activities at AANA Meetings

Health and Wellness at Fall Leadership Academy 2014​

Informal walk/runs offered Saturday November 8 and Sunday November 9 at 6:00 a.m.  Meet in Westin O'Hare lobby at 5:50 a.m. to join a group of walkers or runners. 

No need to pack athletic shoes!  Westin offers a gear lending program with New Balance shoes for $5 - more information: http://www.westinohare.com/new-balance

Westin O'Hare also has a full gym and pool; gym located on the second floor is open 24 hours - stop after your walk or run for cold water.
