No Medicare Cuts March 1
On 2/17, Congress approved legislation with 10 months’ relief from 26.2 percent Medicare cuts to hit 3/1. A postelection lame-duck session of Congress will be needed late 2012 to fix larger cuts to strike 1/1/13. See House and Senate votes. February 17, 2012
