Paul See; Lea See, CRNA; daughter Alyssa See; Mike Brisbin, CRNA; Claudia Brisbin, CRNA; Tiffany Bui, CRNA; and spouse Tinh Bui volunteer in McMinnville at the Yamhill Community Action Partnership (YCAP) Food Bank. YCAP provides food, organizational and technical support to 13 emergency food box pantries, two soup kitchens, nine group meal sites, and one gleaner group.
Mike Brisbin, CRNA; Claudia Brisbin, CRNA; Tiffany Bui, CRNA; and spouse Tinh Bui act as quality control, disposing of damaged or expired goods before sorting and packing foods. YCAP works hard to ensure that boxes/meals are healthy and have a variety of good food groups, including fresh fruits and vegetables, protein, cereals and grains.
Lea See, CRNA; and daughter Alyssa See; weigh and label food boxes while Mike Brisbin, CRNA; and Tinh Bui load and stack filled boxes on pallets.
Mike Brisbin, CRNA; and Claudia Brisbin, CRNA, work to unload donated food for Tinh Bui and Tiffany Bui, CRNA, to sort and pack into different food categories.
YCAP volunteer Coordinator Lea See, CRNA; Paul See; Tinh Bui; Alyssa See; Tiffany Bui, CRNA; Claudia Brisbin, CRNA; and Mike Brisbin, CRNA, pose in front of the approximate 6,000 pounds of food they helped unload, inspect, sort, and pack for distribution around the Willamette Valley.
