CPT Cesar J. Visurraga, CRNA, joined the effort to make 100,000 care packages for deployed troops, veterans, and first responders. CPT Visurraga's role was as a volunteer organizer leader. He is employed at the VA Medical Center in Baltimore, Md. He graduated from the University of Scranton, Scranton, Pa., in September 2012.
