In Memoriam: Jeanne M. Michaud

Jeanne M. Michaud, CRNA

Jeanne M. Michaud, 54, of Georgetown, died unexpectedly on Wednesday morning, December 25, at her home. She was born in Lawrence, January 17, 1959, daughter of Marie G. (Kenney) Michaud of Haverhill, Mass., and the late Raymond J. Michaud.
Jeanne was educated in Sacred Heart Grammar School and graduated from Sacred Heart High School, Lawrence. She attended Salem State College and earned her anesthesiology degrees from St. Vincent School of Anesthesia, Worcester and Northeastern University.
For more than 10 years, she was employed as a nurse anesthetist for North Shore Cataract and Laser Center, Andover. Prior to this, she was employed at Union Hospital, Lahey and Anna Jacques Hospitals. Jeanne was a former CCD Teacher at St. Mary's Church, Georgetown, and enjoyed traveling, biking, reading.
Besides her mother, Jeanne's survivors include her husband of 22 years, Walter “Buddy” Brannon of Georgetown; a son, Alexander J. Brannon of Georgetown; a sister, Anne M. and her husband Jonathan Farrow of Glendale, Calif.; a brother, Ronald J. Michaud of Lawrence; her father-in-law, Walter J. Brannon, Sr. of Sewickley, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
Jeanne was the sister of the late Raymond J. Michaud and Pauline M. Cronkite.
Visitation will precede the Memorial Service on Thursday, January 2, 2014, from 12 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her memorial service on Thursday afternoon, January 2, at 2 p.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill, MA 01830. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
