Emergent exploratory laparotomy for a patient with recent Guillain-Barré recurrence: A case report

In this case report, a 20-year-old male with a recent exacerbation of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) required an exploratory laparotomy under general endotracheal anesthesia. The anesthetic management of patients with GBS and their special needs are included.
