Annual Congress Meeting Registration

 
Online registration for the Annual Congress is closed.
 
You are welcome to register at the meeting.  Onsite Registration is located in the Cypress Foyer the following hours:
 
  • Friday, September 12, 1:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, September 13, 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, September 14, 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Monday, Septermber 15, 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, September 16, 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
 
 
 

 
 
Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to attend the meeting or any separate ticketed event, please email your cancellation to meetings@aana.com
  • 31 days or more prior to event – 20 percent of registration/ticket fee; remainder will be refunded.
  • 16-30 days prior to event – 50 percent of registration/ticket fee; remainder will be refunded.
  • 15 or fewer days prior to event – no refund because the expense of your anticipated participation has already been incurred.
All cancellation notices should be emailed to meetings@aana.com. Alternatively, you may fax your notice to 847-692-3224.
