Program:
The Spinal and Epidural Workshop provides a thorough overview using lecture and guided hands-on experiences of epidural and spinal anesthesia procedures.  The faculty provides ample time for small group discussion and demonstration along with case presentations.
 
Target Audience:
This workshop is for CRNAs interested in developing their skills and knowledge of spinal and epidural anesthesia.

Member Registration Fee:  $775.00 (minus $50 discount if registered before October 8, 2013)
Nonmember Registration Fee:  $875.00 (minus $50 discount if registered before October 8, 2013)
 
Registration Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to attend this event, you must notify the AANA Department of Convention & Meeting Planning in writing.  The cancellation fee schedule is listed below:
  • 31 days or more prior to event – 20% of registration fee; remainder will be refunded.
  • 16-30 days prior to event – 50% of registration fee; remainder will be refunded.
  • 0-15 days prior to event – NO REFUND because the expense of your anticipated participation has already been incurred.

Please be aware that rooms may sell out prior to the cut-off date.  Hotel reservations requested after the cut-off date are subject to availability. Rooms may still be available, but not necessarily at the group rate.
 
Please note:  O'Hare International Airport is the closest, most convenient airport to the Chicago Marriot O'Hare Hotel.  Use of Midway Airport will incur an expensive cab fare since shuttles are not available from Midway to the hotel.
