  • New! Lobbyist/State Government Affairs Track: Gain critical insights to the CRNA Scope of Practice and State and Regulatory issues commonly faced by CRNAs.

Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to attend the meeting or any separate ticketed event, please email your cancellation to meetings@aana.com
  • 31 days or more prior to event – 20 percent of registration/ticket fee; remainder will be refunded.
  • 16-30 days prior to event – 50 percent of registration/ticket fee; remainder will be refunded.
  • 15 or fewer days prior to event – no refund because the expense of your anticipated participation has already been incurred.

Recording waiver (Photography, Audio and Video)
Portions of this AANA meeting may be photographed or audio/video recorded for various purposes, including reporting, promotion, archival, or sale and distribution. By registering, individuals agree that the AANA may photograph or record by audio/video their attendance and involvement in any portion of the meeting. Furthermore, individuals agree that the AANA may use these photographs and/or recordings without additional approval or permission.

Member Subsidy
The AANA Board of Directors has set aside a maximum of $2400 for each state to subsidize the meeting attendance expenses for up to three member representatives. The $800 per member subsidy is to be reimbursed after the meeting based on attendance of eligible state representatives. State presidents will receive a short online form to complete immediately after the meeting, and will be reimbursed promptly.
