Content Statement
The topic of assessing CRNA state workforce is frequency discussed by state leaders.  The AANA Foundation is able to provide the resources for review of this topic.  The information presented will fill a knowledge gap to many CRNAs who are becoming involved in their state leadership organizations.

Registration Fees:
Member Fee: $85 (after 10/26/2012: $110)
Nonmember Fee: $110 (after 10/26/2012: $135)
 
Registration Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to attend this event, you must notify the AANA Department of Convention & Meeting Planningin writing.
 
All registration cancellations greater than 30 business days prior to this event will be charged a $75 processing fee and the remainder of the fee will be refunded.
 
Registrations cancelled less than 30 business days prior to this event will be charged 50% of the registration fee and the remaining 50% will be refunded. Because the expense of your anticipated participation has already been incurred, cancellations received less than 10 business days in advance of the event cannot be accepted and no refund will be issued.
 
All cancellation notices should be emailed to meetings@aana.com.  Alternatively, you may fax your notice to 847-692-3224.

Please call The Broadmoor Hotel's reservation department at 1-800-634-7711 to make a new reservation or change an existing reservation.
  
Please be aware that rooms may sell out prior to the cut-off date. 
 
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made through AANA.  Reservations will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee for cancellations made at any point after July 2.  Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to meetings@aana.com or faxed to 847-692-3224.
