Check out time is 12:00 p.m.  Rooms may not be available for check-in until after 4:00 p.m. 

The AANA Housing Bureau regrets that it cannot hold your reservation without a credit card number.

I authorize the San Diego Marriott Marquis and Marina to charge my account for one night's deposit and all applicable taxes.

 Cancellation Policy

 

If you find that you will not be able to attend the meeting you must notify the AANA Department of Convention and Meeting Planning at least five days in advance of the meeting.  Your cancellation notice should be emailed to meetings@aana.com.  Alternately, you may fax your notice to 847-692-3224.  A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for attendees.  Students will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

Because the expense of your anticipated participation has already been incurred, cancellations received less than five days in advance of the meeting cannot be accepted and no refund will be issued.  Likewise, no refund can be made on tickets to special events as a guarantee of your attendance has been confirmed.

The AANA reserves the right to cancel a program 30 days prior to the program date.  Any person who has registered for the program will be notified of cancellation by email at the address noted in the AANA member database.  A telephone call will also be made to each registrant for whom a number is available.  Persons whose registration is received after a program is cancelled will be notified by telephone and email.  Registration fees will be refunded in full.  However, other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.

 

 Zumba Dance Workout

Join us for a Zumba Fitness Party - zesty Latin music and easy-to-follow moves in a friendly and fun party-like atmosphere. If you haven't done this before, this is your chance to jump in for a dance-fitness health and wellness workout for all levels.

Registration: $25, of which $20 will go to the Jan Stewart Fund to support the Wellness speaker at the AANA Annual Meeting.  (Minimum class size 15)
 

 Sponsor-A-Student

 

 

CRNAs:  Encourage a student to become involved in the profession by participating in the Sponsor-A-Student program. The Sponsor-A-Student program provides financial assistance to nurse anesthesia students attending the Assembly of School Faculty.  A contribution of $100 will cover the Associate Member registration fee.
 
Students will be chosen randomly.  Sponsorship matches will be endorsed by the AANA Foundation Board.  All sponsorships of students will be processed through the AANA Foundation and are tax deductible. 
 

Students:  All students must submit a registration form and payment by January 27, 2012 to be sponsored.  Your registration fee must be submitted with this form. If your registration is sponsored after you have paid this fee, you will be refunded once the random selections have been made.

We ask that students who are already being sponsored by a specific individual, school or state not request sponsorship on their registration form to allow other students the same opportunity to be sponsored.  Additionally, please submit the name of the person/organization providing the sponsorship as we want to recognize them in the program.
