Theme:  "Promoting an Educational Team" will focus the roles of the various individuals who comprise the educational team in a nurse anesthesia program, including program administrators, assistant program administrators, deans and clinical coordinators.  The program will provide tools for successfully handling program issues such as admissions, faculty workload, student time commitment, credentialing, emotional intelligence, dealing with difficult people and social media.
 

 Mid-Year Assembly

 
​The Mid-Year Assembly provides an opportunity for attendees to develop professional skills in dealing with federal legislative and regulatory issues as well as the legislative process.  The assembly features speakers addressing important issues relevant to the practice of nurse anesthesia.
 

 Fall Assembly - Leadership Academy

The Fall Assembly-Leadership Academy focuses on cultivating leadership within the state associations. A strong, successful state organization requires effective leadership. An effective leader conducts productive meetings, manages and motivates board and committee members, as well as assesses current and future association needs.
