Colorado Appellate Court Upholds Opt Out
The Colorado Court of Appeals has upheld the previous ruling in favor of the Colorado governor and the Colorado Association of Nurse Anesthetists (CoANA), affirming that Colorado state law does not require CRNAs to be supervised by a physician. July 19, 2012
 
CMS Proposed Rule: CRNA Direct Reimbursement for Pain Care Services

On 2/17, Congress approved legislation with 10 months’ relief from 26.2 percent Medicare cuts to hit 3/1. A postelection lame-duck session of Congress will be needed late 2012 to fix larger cuts to strike 1/1/13. See House and Senate votes. February 17, 2012
