Of Interest: "My wife, Dr. Margaret Kowalczyk practices orthodontics in Naperville. I went to anesthesia school at Rush University College of Nursing Nurse Anesthesia Program, Chicago, Ill. As a senior flight nurse in the Middle East, my mission is C-130 combat tactical aeromedical evacuation of wounded/injured soldiers to our Combat Support Hospital (CSH) or Mobile Air Staging Facility (MASF). From here patients are usually flown to Germany and then home. Sandstorms and life in a tent city can be challenging in many ways, but the rewards of taking care of our soldiers are bountiful. Looking forward to a quick return home!
