Of Interest: "Activated for deployment 30 days after Officer Basic Course. A UK anaesthetist and myself were the only anesthesia providers for over 3,000 U.S. soldiers and civilian contractors. It was an invaluable experience but I missed my family very much during the 90 days overseas. I wish all the other soldiers still deployed a speedy and safe return."
