Vegas - The Stars Come Out at Night

The AANA Foundation Presents...

Zach Langton

Zach Langton is a CRNA from Santa Cruz, California and is currently the state president of the California Association of Nurse Anesthetists. He is married with two kids and sneaks in a few minutes now and then to keep up his small rock lifestyle playing guitar and writing songs. While a student in the nursing program he considered dropping out of school and moving his college band to Seattle for a shot at taking the hobby full time. Instead that band broke up. Zach finished nursing school and moved to San Francisco where he continued to record CDs and play small club shows in and around the city. Since graduating from the anesthesia program at Samuel Merritt University in 2009 his focus has shifted more to his family and career. Still a lover of music, he continues to work on a new collection of Americana songs drawing inspiration from bands like the Avett Brothers and Wilco. He plans to play this original tune in the YouTube clip recorded at a CANA talent event last year.
