Research, literature reviews, and innovative, creative techniques in anesthesia are appropriate topics. A $1,000 award accompanies presentation.

Program Director's Outstanding Student Researcher The Program Director's Outstanding Student Researcher Award, established in 1999, is presented to a senior nurse anesthesia student from the nurse anesthesia program. The Award recognizes the student's work in research and commitment to the profession of nurse anesthesia to advance the art and science of anesthesiology.
