Streamlined Annual Meeting Schedule Offers Efficiency, Flexibility
The AANA Convention and Meeting Planning Department and the AANA Program Committee have been refining and upgrading the Annual Meeting to give attendees the most value for their time and money, as well as the opportunities for education, service, networking, and fun they expect. One major refinement is the new four-day schedule: Saturday, Aug. 10, through Tuesday, Aug. 13.
This new schedule offers the same mix of educational opportunities, meetings, exhibit hall hours, hands-on workshops, and social/fundraising events on an efficient, streamlined schedule. If you’ve attended the meeting in recent years, you’ll notice some changes--read about them here.

Make Your Voice Heard at the Annual Business Meeting
Be there and be part of the essential quorum as the important business of the Association is conducted at the Business Meeting on Sunday, Aug.11, 2013, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom. The Business Meeting is open to AANA members only.
Members will have the opportunity to have an impact on the future of the AANA by voting on amendments to the AANA Bylaws and Standing Rules and proposed resolutions. the AANA Foundation fundraiser, Monday, Aug. 12, at the Treasure Island Hotel Ballroom. You won’t want to miss this unique event, which includes Vegas-inspired food stations, drinks, a DJ, dancing—and best of all—the chance to be amazed by your colleagues’ performances at the talent competition. Can't attend the Annual Meeting this year? You can still be a part of the fun and help the Foundation at the same time by viewing and voting for the contestants online.
