Overview of Educational Opportunities/CE Credits Claim Process

Come for the Education
The AANA 2015 Nurse Anesthesia Annual Congress first and foremost serves as a premier source of educational programming for nurse anesthetists. This year’s Annual Congress offers more educational opportunities than ever before and an easier way to tailor the experience to your needs.

Topics covered by various sessions truly run the gamut of nurse anesthesia education. Every attendee will take something valuable away from the convention.

No matter what area of anesthesia one is interested in, they will surely be able to find a topic that speaks to them at the Annual Congress. For a detailed program listing, click here.

For comprehensive information about this year’s Annual Congress, be sure to check out the official webpage. There, you can find more information about educational offerings, Salt Lake City, and companies exhibiting at the convention.

Claiming CE Credit
The AANA has also modified the way to claim CE credit this year. Instead of receiving an email at the end of every day to report sessions attended, congress attendees will receive only one email at the end of the event and claim their credits all at once. As you progress through the Annual Congress, please keep track of what sessions you attend so that you can accurately note your credits. Be sure to pick up your badge at the Registration Desk in order to receive the CE email. CRNAs who attend Pre-Congress Workshops will receive the CE email specific to those events on Aug. 28.
