Hometown Interviews

Working out of the PR Committee's booth in the Exhibit Hall at the AANA Annual Meeting in Cleveland, radio personality Christopher Michael of Sound Targeting Inc., a Chicago-based company, recorded 30-second interviews with 50 CRNAs from around the country who talked about the Association's history and what CRNAs mean to the nation's healthcare system. The mini-interviews aired on various radio stations in the CRNA's hometowns and states during the Annual Meeting. To hear the spots, go to Hometown Interviews.

Unveiling of Timeline Wall

The response was tremendous to the AANA 75th Anniversary Traveling Timeline Wall, which was unveiled during the Joint Committee Conference held in Chicago September 9-11, 2005. Six walls are available for state associations, nurse anesthesia educational programs, and others to set up as temporary displays at meetings, in state houses, for exhibits, and other uses. There is no charge to reserve a Timeline Wall. More than 20 dates have been reserved so far, from September 2005 through April 2006.
